INTERVIEW: Fra marts 2006 er Christina Hvid adm. direktør i Danske Slagterier og spydspids for branchens nye fællesorganisation. Den 35-årige nuværende Symbion-chef har gjort kometkarriere og har en stor portion erfaring at trække på. Alligevel vælger hun at gå ydmygt til sit nye job.
